"After more than 16 years of good service when, I need something more complicated to be done, Lance took a couple of days to return my calls. Too many delays. Lackadaisical Island Time attitude I experienced at a critical time. But we do live in Hawaii, it's not the mainland, I get it. BUT, Staff had gone through changes, things fell through the cracks. Lance wasn't all that knowledgeable about the ramifications of General Liability insurance in this particular situation. This cost me more than $10K partially largely due to his and the staff's lack of knowledge as to what could be done. With a lot of frustration and a lot of lost income I went around the Lance Matsumura local office to corporate to accomplish the task which Lance said it couldn't be done. SF corporate got it done. Go figure. I switched agents. I wish had more hands --Two Thumbs Down."
